Individual Sessions:

Individual sessions will have a qualified technician running the treadmill and mirrors in place to watch your technique as you ski. You can bring in your own coach to do technique work, or one of our highly qualified team members can work with you on any technical issues you want to focus on. You can upgrade any session to include video, and this would come with private technique coaching to further enhance the training session.

Lactate threshold test will include a detailed analysis of training zones completed by our resident coaching expert Jeremy Hecker. Session will have a short warm-up protocol to help get you acquainted to the treadmill, but it is highly recommended to have at least 1 x 1hr session on the treadmill prior to the test for most accurate results.

1 x 1hr session - $75.00

1 x 1hr session w/video technique - $100.00

1 x Lactate threshold test - $125.00

Bulk Sessions:

Bulk sessions can be used at anytime as scheduling allows, no restrictions on how many sessions you can use at one time. These will be at a discount compared to individual sessions. You can upgrade a standard or video session to a lactate session for $50.00.

5 x 1hr session - $300.00 ($60/session)

5 x  1hr session w/video technique - $400.00 ($80/session)

1 x Lactate Session Upgrade - $50.00

Subscription:

The subscription plan will be our most affordable option to use the treadmill and receive technique coaching. This will allow you to use the treadmill 1 day/month at a fixed rate, and then any additional sessions will be at a reduced cost. You can roll over 1 unused session/month. You can upgrade a standard or video session to a lactate session for $50.00.

1 x 1hr session a month - $600.00/year ($50/session)

1 x 1hr session w/video technique a month - $840/year ($70/session)

1 x 1hr extra session - $55.00

1 x 1hr extra session w/video technique - $75.00

1 x Lactate Session Upgrade - $50.00

Junior/College Discount:

We will give a 10% discount on all sessions, packages, and subscriptions for junior and collegiate athletes to use the roller ski treadmill.
