Privacy: All e-mail address and other personal information submitted to Pioneer Midwest, Inc. are for our use only and will be kept private.
Under no circumstances will Pioneer Midwest, Inc. sell, distribute, or otherwise give out e-mail address and other personal information.
All on line transactions are encrypted to protect your personal information and credit card numbers.
Basic encryption (40-bit) is the minimum level of encryption used for our transactions.
Strong Encryption (128-bit) is used whenever possible; however, this can only be used if your client program (ie Netscape Navigator, MS Internet Explorer, etc.) supports 128 bit encryption.

Sales:
- All prices and sales are in U.S. dollars.
- All closeout sales are Final - no exceptions!
- Payments will be accepted in the following forms: Visa, Mater Card, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check
- Orders will be shipped once payment is received and approved.
- Personal checks may take up to 10 days to clear and be approved.

Shipping:
- Customer pays all shipping costs on purchases, exchanges, and returns.
- Standard shipping is via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
- Oversized products are shipped via U.P.S. ground.
- International shippments will be shipped by either U.S.P.S. Air Mail or U.P.S. Ground (Canada & Mexico) or Air.
- Customers can request specific shipping methods (ie U.P.S. 2nd Day Air) at their expense.
- A nominal handling charge will be added to all orders and will vary in price based on the size of the order and/or size/weight of the package.

Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the sales receipt and the following (where applicable): original product packaging, original product tags.
