Leave the waxing kit at home and forget about the nervous worrying over snow conditions. Let us prepare your skis for the City of Lakes Loppet Ski Races. We want to be your race ski technicians. All you need to do is drop your skis off and we will prepare them for your race. This means we will worry about the weather and snow conditions and you can relax and focus on preparing for your race.
We Are Offering Two Waxing Services
- Full Race Waxing for 1 Pair of Skis - $90
- Full Race Waxing for 2 Pairs of Skis - $160
Skis need to be dropped off by Wednesday before 12:00pm at the latest. Skis can be picked up on either Friday or Saturday!
Pioneer Midwest ships via UPS and USPS. We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Some products may take longer if there is a high volume of orders or if there are added shop services.

Continental U.S. Shipping Options:
USPS Priority mail (3-5 day delivery) - $10
UPS Ground (3-7 day delivery ) - $10
UPS 2nd day (2 Business days excludes weekends and holidays) - $50
Oversized UPS - $25
*USPS Shipping will be selected as the free shipping option for customers in Alaska
Alaska Shipping Options:
Oversized USPS - $50
Oversized UPS - $75
Canadian Shipping Options:
USPS Standard (Up to 14 business days) - $40
*Canadian Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-Store Pickup
- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.
- Orders are usually ready within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Please have your name or order number ready when picking up.
- We’ll hold your items for 14 days. If the Items are not picked up by then we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Curbside Pickup
- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.
