- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging.
- Clothing items including shoes, boots, and apparel must be clean and unused with all original tags.
- Items that do not have tags or have been used are subject to a restocking fee.
- Pioneer Midwest does not issue shipping labels or credit shipping costs.
How to return/exchange an item:
- Pack returned items with original packaging and ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Return Labels for exchanges will be $10 and $25 for oversized items. We will issue a refund if we do not hear back within 7 days regarding an exchange when the item arrives here.
- Please include a copy of your receipt and a note describing the reason for the return or exchange.
- Due to the increase in orders, it is best to order the replacement item and we will refund the other item/s when we receive them.
