Shipping policy
Pioneer Midwest ships via UPS and USPS. We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Some products may take longer if there is a high volume of orders or if there are added shop services.
Continental U.S. Shipping Options:
UPS Ground (3-7 day delivery ) - $10
USPS Priority mail (3-7 day delivery) - $10
UPS 2nd day (2 Business days excludes weekends and holidays) - $50
Free Shipping on orders over $100
* Oversized packages incur an additional charge
UPS Oversized Shipping  (3-7 day delivery) - $25
USPS Oversized shipping (3-7 day delivery) - $25
UPS 2nd day Oversized Shipping (2 Business days excludes weekends and holidays) - $80
*USPS Shipping will be selected as the free shipping option for customers in Alaska. USPS has had delays on all shipments to Alaska and may take longer than expected for delivery.
Alaska Shipping Options:
Oversized USPS - $50
Oversized UPS - $200
* Some oversized items will have extra shipping charges when shipped to Alaska because of high rates from USPS or UPS
*Items that are subject to the oversized charge include but are not limited to:
- Skis
- Ski Packages
- Ski Poles
- Ski BagsÂ
- Wax Benches and Forms
- Rollerskis
- Ski Racks
Canadian Shipping Options:
USPS Standard (Up to 14 business days) - $40
Oversized (Up to 14 business days) - $60
*Canadian Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-Store Pickup
- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.
- Orders are usually ready within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Please have your name or order number ready when picking up.
- We’ll hold your items for 14 days. If the Items are not picked up by then we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Curbside Pickup
- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.
