The Atomic Redster C9 Skintec is a fast, stable and efficient Skintec ski – the ideal do-all ski for racing, training and even weekend tours. Engineered using Nomex Featherlight for a strong and resilient core, and built with a Race Carbon Construction, it provides optimum control and stability at high speed, and with its easy handling it’s just a joy to ski. A bonded plate and binding system delivers direct and efficient transmission. The 100% Mohair skins deliver a strong grip and glide in all snow conditions, and the Atomic Skintec system means you can easily exchange skins in seconds by yourself. Ready when you are!

Race skin skis perform best with a clean/treated skin and glide waxed an iron.  Skin cleaner removes dirt while skin care improves the performance of the skin.  Glide zones require hot waxing to maintain top performance.  Liquid waxes can be used as a supplement or a top coat but will not replace hot waxing.  It is common to get a grind on new race skis, all ground skis will ship with base hardener ironed in unless additional wax service is purchased.
